We are young and adaptable
We believe our culture is our top strength. We see ourselves as an ambitious and hungry entrepreneurial company. Our hallmark is our creative and new-thinking atmosphere. From where we stand, being young is an advantage; we are not held back by the mental blinkers that often stop more experienced professionals. The company has evolved "outside the box" – thinking and that is the key to our success in an ever-changing market. We always try to provide a workplace which everyone can feel a part of and – importantly – where everyone has a say. We therefore try to keep our decision paths as short as possible.
We reward good performance
We believe people should do what they do best – regardless of training or experience. Everyone should have the chance to grow and we think that we can give young talented people an unique opportunity. With the right attitude and perseverance, anyone can succeed. Sales is our game
Most of our staff have at some point in their lives practiced competitive sports at high level. This has given them a competitive instinct - which we believe is an edge in our everyday work. Sales and performances can be measured in many different ways and we try to make it as a competitive sport. Therefore we are constantly competing with each other in both sales and delivery. We introduce the element of sports into our daily business and the goal is to always achieve the best possible results.
